My journey began in the ancient city of Kandy, surrounded by the rhythmic beats of traditional drummers and the sacred aura of the Dalada Maligawa. I realized that Sri Lankan weddings aren't just events; they are a weaving of generations.
From the precise astrological timing of the Poruwa Siritha to the intricate tying of the Thali, I approach every ceremony with deep cultural reverence and an artist's eye for light.
My style is a quiet observation—letting the betel leaves fall where they may, capturing the tear in a father's eye, and the ethereal glow of oil lamps, all wrapped in a minimalist, cinematic aesthetic.
